Niraj Shah - Educator/Trustee

An educator by profession, Niraj was born in a traditional and affluent Gujarati family. He finished his schooling at Saint Xaviers in Mumbai. His college education was cut short due to the unfortunate loss of his father at a very young age. But someone once told him – “When God closes a door, he opens a window”.

As he was struggling to support his family, he started tutoring in the living area of his home. It dawned on him that he was born to teach. He had a very important role to play in society. In a few years he was on his way to building a successful business Elite Tutorials, engaged in imparting education. As of 2018, Elite Tutorials have taught over 4000 students from grades 3rd to 10th. He also contributes his time in teaching at Pragnya Bodhini School.
